Tomaž Fatur is an expert in energy, long-term energy and climate strategies, energy efficiency (industry, buildings, railways), greenhouse gas emissions, carbon footprint, energy management, IT and digitalisation, and other business consulting. He has been involved in various national and international projects and programmes on energy management, implementation and promotion of energy efficiency, renewable energy and GHG emission reduction. He is a leading auditor of GHG emission reports (since 2006) and ISO 50001 (since 2012), lecturer at the European Energy Manager EUREM training and the training for energy facility managers (ICES), and Evaluation Expert at the European Commission for the EU Innovation Fund (Large and Small projects) and EU Horizon programmes, as well as for applications to Slovenian calls for tenders for energy efficiency in industry.
